How do I search for a community group or listing?
To search for a community group or listing in the directory please use the search fields on the community directory home page. Just type in the name of the group or use a keyword to search the full directory of community listings. |
What is a featured listing?
Featured listings are a random selection of community groups |
What is a top listing?
A top listing is community group which has one the highest amount of page views. |
I received an error when submitting my or amending my group. It says that the catagory or location needs to be in a terminating catagory or location. What is a terminating catagory or location?
A terminating catagory or location is the catagory or location preceeded by >> these can be seen from the catagory and location drop down lists. Any catagory or location without the icon >> preceeding it cannot be chosen as a terminating catagory or location. If the location you require is not listed choose the nearest location and once you have completed your submission then email us and we will look at adding the catagory or location if there is demand for it . |
How can I access my document gallery?
If you own a listing in which one of the features is the document gallery you must login to your account select a listing you want to edit the documents for and then click the Documents Gallery button. |
How do I know how many documents I have left to submit?
Once you are in your user area and in the documents gallery area you will see the number of documents left at the top of the page. |
How can I upload a logo to my listing?
Once you are logged into your user area click the listing you want to add a logo to. Then click the Change button. At the bottom of the form you will see the form to select an image. |
What types of documents can I submit?
We support the submission of DOC and PDF files. |
I received an error when uploading an image to the image gallery, what is wrong?
An error can occur because the image is in the wrong format the file size is too big or the dimensions of the picture is too big. Please make sure your picture meets the image gallery requirements. |
I wish to cancel my user account and all listings. What do I do?
Please submit an email to our support team and we will remove your account. |
How can I change my account information?
Login to your user area and click the Change Information button. |
How can I submit a listing?
You may submit a listing by clicking the submit listing link in the menu. This will bring up a form for you to register and then once register and you confirm registration you can then login and submit a listing. |
Why did my listing not show up in the directory after submitting it?
All listings must be approved by the admin team before they are displayed in the community directory. If you feel this is not the case please contact support. We aim to approve all listings within 24 hours and no more than 48 hours from submission |
How can I view the memberships you offer?
You may view the different types of memberships from the membership comparison chart by clicking on the compare link in the menu. |
How do I pay for a listing?
All community directory listings and annoucments are free to submit. Any community group, charity or non profit making organisation can submit themselves for inclusion in the community directory. If you feel that you are profit making and there may be an issue with adding your group, association or company please contact us by telephone or email and we will advise what section you should be in. |
How do I register?
You may register so you can add a listing later by clicking the submit listing link in the menu. You then get sent an email which you need to click on the link to confirm your registration. |
I am unable to register and would like to register and submit a listing?

I have registered and I am unable to submit a listing?
OK, first have you clicked the link from the confirmation email we sent you. Please ensure that you have clicked this link, as this confirms and activates your user account. If you cannot just click on the link please try copying the link into your browser. If you still cannot submit a listing please telephone or email us. |
